18 and over only

You must be 18 or over to use Cross Cross Play.

What you can upload

• Only upload videos of yourself, or videos where everyone shown has clearly agreed.
• Never upload videos of anyone under 18.
• No illegal, abusive, sexual or unrelated content. Uploads should show tennis.

We can remove content and suspend or close accounts that break these rules.

AI guidance, not professional advice

Your analysis is generated by AI. It is coaching guidance only, not professional coaching and not medical advice. It can be wrong. If you feel pain while playing or doing a drill, stop and see a qualified professional.

Coaching payments

Paid coaching isn't live yet. If we add it, the price, refund policy and our platform fee will be shown clearly before you pay, and these terms will be updated first.

Early launch

Cross Cross Play is in an early launch and is provided "as is". Features, limits and availability may change, and we can't promise the service will always be available or error-free. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have by law as a UK consumer.

Your content

You keep ownership of your videos. You give us permission to store and process them only to provide the service. We keep them until you delete them, and you can delete them at any time in Settings.
